Interior Motive, Inc. was founded by Enrique (KiKe) Chavez in 1989. After immigrating from Peru, South America, KiKe joined his brothers in painting apartments around the Atlanta area. His business acumen told him that that there was a demand for more in the apartment industry and that property managers could benefit greatly by having one company coordinate everything needed to get a rental unit ready for a new tenant - one call for all their needs. KiKe's idea that one company could provide multiple trades for the rental industry was an original idea that has changed the industry in Atlanta. Over thirty years later, Interior Motive has evolved into a full service turn-key company offering a wide variety of skilled trades to commercial, residential, and multi-family properties that service hundreds of customers in the Atlanta area each year.
